I read the bio/wiki on thses guys and the producer says he was influenced by Emerson, Lake and Palmer (in addition to Pink Floyd. I saw ELP and I see the similarities in Palmers drum solo and lights.

It sounds really cool. When you're there that's all that matters. I'm sure you can dissect a lot of the musical styling of the show, but who wants to do that? It sounded and looked amazing. :D

I just saw them last night. This video doesn't even compare. Jeff is a beast. The light show was amazing. Thank god I don't have epilepsy.

this guy is fukin insane, just got home from the concert, hes got 2 big roland bass drums and 2 mallets on each, hes playing four bass drums better than most people can play 2
