Happy Lunar New Year everyone!

This is to show you how to make the Chinese Turnip Cake - a very popular 年糕 (annual cake) Chinese people eat for good fortune every year. It's also eaten as dim sum in Cantonese restaurants. You can eat this on its own after steaming or cut them up into pieces and fry them up for better taste. (I prefer the latter. :))

    Awesome video!!! I never knew how turnip cake was made to be honest altho I've eaten it for years lol. It's nice to know the ingredients aren't that complicated but sure is hard work! The best thing is no preservatives so u know what u are eating is healthy! Good job!

    Ps I actually tried this turnip cake made by Reece and it is absolutely delicious! Cooked to perfection also when u fry till lightly crispy on the edges. Yum! It will be a great dragon year! Happy new year!!!
