Okay so this is a rough but fun version of Be Thou My Vision. I'm trying two hammers in my right hand to give it more of a guitar sound. This is also played on my Russell Cook Edition (RCE) from Master Works. I hope you like it.
Keep it the way it is. it's nice to see you working out the bugs... Helps remind the rest of us that the journey isn't easy, even for a great player like you. Besides, you turn a lovely shade of red when you blush.
@RobertEilers Thanks for looking deeper Rob. We thought it was just fun to let people know that my music comes out all grown up either. :-) I will keep working with this one. I know that there are a lot of folks who like this song a lot.
As an author I know how it is important to get out the first draft, but within that first draft is the story that is standing at the door waiting for you to see through the bad writing and grammar errors and bring it into the world. Ted I seen through your mistakes and heard what will be a beautiful piece of music. I hope you continue perfecting your technique since this can open up so many possibilities.
@blueize74 Ha!!! thank you. I do like the arrangement as well. I just need to work a little harder at and then I can play it live. :) But this is why it's great fun to be a musician.
@92strings Ha!!! Yeah, I do blush pretty easy. Just ask Donna. ;-)
