Herb legal? Yes. Legal for medical and recreational use and to, be enforced like alcohol. Hemp should definitely be cultivated again. "Hemp For Victory" tells how hemp was good for the war effort and the economy. It's sad, somehow the government forgets. Herb ever achieving true legal status? Think not. It's all bout the money, government control and taxation, the hospitals kemo radiation treatments and the pharmacies with there cancer drugs, antidepressants and so on.
