The beginning and OP turned into one short movie. I took away some bits that weren´t that good so it isn´t the full opening when My Soul For You is played. I wanted to focus on the music.

@TerrifyingTruth Well they are making movies based on the series with new scenes added and such. And not so long ago a short compilation of music clips were also released. So there are some stuff coming :p Not just a completely new season.

Macross isn't really 'about' the robots. It's about the relations between all of the characters in the backdrop of an intergalactic conflict.

I don't mean to judge...but I will, lol. I think you need to mature your tastes a little bit.

Not to say that this anime is the most mature of all...
