its really sad. white ppl wanting to be darker by going to tanning salons, dark ppl using whitening creams, the human race is scrued up. if we look back in time, it is said that if you have fairer skin, it means you are wealthy or you are of higher status, and you don't have to go outside and work in the hot sun all day. it is what was believed, and it's a sad theory.

Asian movies, magazines, pageants etc only feature whiteskinned Asians as a "standard of beauty"! At least with tanning, its seen as optional not as "tan to be more successful and popular"!
