@1965randyorton for sure man bodybuilders surley dont want to target there chest when they bench ... its always better to turn it into a tricep/elbowjoint excercise and go all the way up on every rep. Solid information !

All the way up works the chest and triceps, go mid range you get all more of a workout for your chest.

chains are readily available from westside barbell.57.5lbs each,5/8 in dia.you can adjust where the most tension is at with the chains-bottom,midrange,and lockout.i have 16 sets at zeaus gym and my members love to use them.that and liberal use of chalk.the chains run 148.95 plus shipping.good training!
