Hi
Don't know the brand since my mother-in-law brought from Canada. It came in white big bucket, but she took out from original bucket so can't find the name now.

Hi
If you overcook jaggery than it will get hard and also depend on what type of jaggery you use. To make them smooth, take little ghee in your palm and make laddus...hope this helps..enjoy!
