The 1st ammendment protections do NOT ALLOW for someone breaking the law. When you begin to cause traffic to congest and stop in the middle of it they have no 1st ammendment protection.....and honestly...I dont get the every friday night bike ride through the city thing. Im all about getting out of the congestion fo the city and away from the city element.
