It's not Rocky's fault that he fought in a time were talent is lacking. Every fighter has a flaw in their legacy, Tyson's was not reaching full potential, Dempsey was the lack of title defenses and Rocky was the competition he fought. But take nothing away from him, he's 49-0 and no man since his retirement in 1955 has broken it since. That's almost 60 years.

@gqunit69 also joe frazier was much faster than marciano even when frazier was 20 pounds heavier than rocky, frazier was better pressure fighter than marciano, he was much more accurate than rocky , joe was more aggressive in the attack, he got as good stamina as rocky and frazier´s best shot was the left hook(the weak point of ali) not the suzie q of marciano

styles make fights and marciano had the style to give ali the hell and vice versa, but you did horrible points to support this opinion. ali was past his prime when he faced frazier,a prime ali was clay 64-ali67.marciano was very slow , much faster fighters could not catch a prime ali. and rocky was a 185 pounder, ali was much bigger and longer, rocky got outboxed by a past prime walcott during long time the first time, ali had much better chin than walcott and he was better in every department

frazier beat alis ass down 2/3 times

like he gave him a real severe beating

ali did win 2/3 times but he never beat up frazier as severly as frazier did to him

frazier was actually a better fighter than ali believe it or not

he dominated the first fight

and the thrid fight he gave ali the worst beating of his career even though ali survived

in round 14 frazier wanted to continue and ali wanted to quit but the corners decision
