@metallica4life0707 yeah all the shakes pretty much work the same but just stay consistent or else it will turn into fat:( means do workouts when your taking it before or after but it turns into fat thats really hard to lose.

I got a coupon for this today when I signed up at Wynn fitness but after finding out it has soy lecithin an ingredient derived from soy beans used to feminize men I won't be trying it. When are people gonna wake up soy is getting into everything for a reason monks use it to control sex drive and soy products of all kind have been removed from my diet. Now the second thing I find that pissed me off was sucralose, like why the hell did they have to use a highly debated artificial sweetener
