To Osan AB-Entering via Main Gate

Take a left instead of going straight to main gate. Travel thru town until you reach gate. Be alert for 90 degree right turn in a very crowded intersection.

@pasi9622 A very good I am sure...so so long ago :-). Prior to working at US bases in South Korea, I visited Okinawa, Japan on same project. First visit after 35 years. It looked very very different.

so can i choose were i can be stationed at if i joined the air force. i would like to be stationed overseas. so wat are the chances of being sent overseas from 1-10? i feel like joining the air force because it looks interesting, challenging, and i wanna see the world explore you know. please respond back thanks. oh and i almost forgot, did u like being in the air force overall?

Can't believe how the place has changed....then again it HAS been 30 years.

Was there with the 51st CompWG, AGS & Job Control in '80 & '81. Back then we had F-4Es, RF-4C, OV-10A, 9SRW Det9 (U2), and a Detachment of F-15A from (I believe) Kadena standing alert with our F-4's.

I was there from 86-87, then 89-92. I recognized the main gate and that was it!!
