Mat Staver and Matt Barber reveal the good news that a public school district misunderstood the myth surrounding "separation of church and state," but when Liberty Counsel educated the district on the rule of Constitutional law, it reversed the policy to comply with the First Amendment!
In 2001, the United States Supreme Court ruled in favor of the Good News Club in the Milford case. The Clubs are faith-based and teach about character development, forgiveness, kindness and remaining morally clean.
Congress and the government cannot interfere with the establishment of religious freedom. Our founders intended the encouragement of religion to develop personal moral character.
