I think the one that was open was in up peak mode. There is somthing very strange that happpened at Lazurus monroville mall its macys now but then it was lazuras the elevatoe was in up peak mode thats stange for a mall I was with my mom and grandma we thought it was broke but it wasnt so we left to go to the food court then came back and it was still open so we hoped in pressed 3 and it worked I was like 3 years old then it was the first time I rode that elevator and I love riding it great vid
