ATTENTION: THIS IS NOT AN ACTUAL 1950'S AD. This is a history project I made to immitate 1950's-style commercials.

  • Rofl did u see how many tissuse he used for soaking up lake michagan!

  • Well done you definatly picked up some key parts of a 1950's commercial. A lot more drama, use of eleaborte names which make the tissue work, a bit of hyperbaly and not afraid to use words beyond a 3rd grade level, as we are today.

Well done, I would give you an "A" for that project.

  • Nicely observed.

  • Right idea, imperfect execution:

You need one of those big, deep, booming announcer deliveries. The standup portion

should feature you in a period string tie,

    horn-rimmed specs and slick-backed hair,

in with that larger than life enthusiasm.

Peruse the Ira H. Gallen archives a bit more.

  • Good Job! Hope you got a good grade.

  • lol ya cause hes suppost to make kleenex look good

  • lmao! i loved it "in the wooorrrlllddd" hehe!

  • Nice "American Cheer" in this video. Very authentic.

  • At :43 the two eggs are resting against each other -
