I usually take 4,800mg Capsuled Neuro Boost Piracetam from "Smart Drugs for Thought" with a Cholinergic source -Alpha Brain (Alpha GPC). Piracetam stimulates the functions of the ACh receptors which are implicated in the memory processes. A cholinergic increases the production of ACh transmitters. There is more information @ Smart Drugs for Thought about this synergistic combination. 4,800mg twice a day with 3 doses of "Alpha Brain" in the morning usually does a fair amount for me in a day.
