Centering DIVs on Your Page with Chris

One might ask... How would I go about centering a DIV on my web page when the center alignment function is not doing the trick?

your right, btw he´s not typing it, he´s applying it. This is what makes the difference between a web devolper and a amteur. Anyways I was kinda pissed, I would of learned it much faster if he just typed the css code.

Don't bash someone for showing people how to solve a problem, and showing what the code is doing as he is typing it, as opposed to saying 'here it is done. Don't know why it works? who cares it works'. people don't learn that way, they need to see what the code is doing, which is why Dreamweaver is good for this sort of thing.
