  • I have the same bass that Geddy is playing...geee...I wonder why it doesn't sound like that when I play it, lol

  • @andie361 - hmmmmm....that's a good question, i wonder if it has anything to do with why my guitar doesn't sound like Alex's when I play mine??? you know, i bet there's a connection.. LOL

  • A severely underrated tune, they pulled it off magnificently on the last tour!

  • I think Alex is a tad sweaty!

  • TThey are really awesome! I'm so glad i saw them in ahoy last friday!

  • Those guys are so awesome!!! I'm so glad I saw them in Ahoy last Friday!

  • @counterpartsguy My idea would to get a good DAW (like Mixcraft Pro Studio 5, which the VSTi comes with) and use the Memorymoon (great replicate of the legendary Moog) synth, have several stations up, plug the keyboard into each station as needed.

  • @BabyRay55 Hey Dude!

Geddys keyboards and pedals are all run of samplers. Which he and Tony Geranios (Keyboard tech since 1977) have sampled all the original sounds used on the various Korgs and Moogs he has used in the time.. So basically he is just triggering the original sounds!

  • @BabyRay55 - heck no man, i know nothing about the keyboards but there's plenty of info out there about all that on the net, heck, even wikipedia had a lot of info on RUSH gear. In some cases I think they sampled the original stuff and then program it into the new gear to get the original sounds.
