the chord he's playing is an A with a C# bass note. But if you take the capo into consideration, it's actually a B with an Eb bass note.

He's using the same chord as "I am here to buy"... Which is an F#m chord. It seems that He actually fingers the F#m chord 2 different ways throughout the song.
