The writers of the American Constitution knew it, and that was back the dark days:
YOU CANNOT ALLOW PEOPLE LIMITLESS POWER BECAUSE IT WILL ALWAYS BE MIS-USED.
It doesn't matter if these people are police officers, the president, a Church minister, a parent, White, Black... WHOEVER.
Sadly the US constitution, written so long ago, is unable to keep up with changed times.

Sadly true, S.A. is technically a one-party state that is corrupt, violent with too many skille people fleeing the country and too many farmers being murdered, 2000 murdered already!!!!!!!!!!!
