Leroy is a very cool, not to leave out smart, and looks like he just a fun dog with a lot of live to give. You can see it in his eyes. Mine is 9 1/2 and I (we) should cherish everyday with these wonderful fun family members.
Leroy reminds me of my Duke (Golden).

I own a female goldendoodle. Leroy’s traits are exactly why I wanted a goldendoodle. The personality and love of a golden with a poodle’s low shedding soft coat. We are considering getting a 2nd goldendoodle, maybe even a golden retriever! Your dog is great!

British, though bred in the US. You can usually tell by the blockier head and thicker body and legs.

Your beautiful Golden is very well trained. When a dog doesn't eat his food until he's given the green light, it's the ultimate test ! Even better, in your case you put it in his mouth but he won't chew, brilliant ! That breed of dogs is SO eager to please, I love them with all my heart, we've had two in the past 12 years. But in recent years they've been plagued with health problems especially cancer and their lifespan has gone down from 12 to 8 years, sometimes less. They're the best :'(

They are indeed a fantastic breed and very eager to please. It is also very sad that they do not have the longest life expectancy. Unfortunately, my last golden died at age 7. Leroy is over six now, and we recently bought a golden puppy to make sure that they would have at least a few years together. I think having Leroy as a role model has made Judge (the new puppy) the best-behaved puppy we have had, and they are so fun to watch together. They are outstanding, loving dogs!
