I recently scored huge on CL and got an original late 1950's produced Herman Miller Eames Lounge Chair & Ottoman for very little cash. I wanted to restore it and bring it back to life...right now the leather is in a restoration company, but I wanted to show you how to make your wood look alot nicer.

In this Video I have already cleaned the wood and got all the marks/scrapes and other gunk off. (alot of work i may add)
So now I am simply adding a layer of TEAK OIL to it too bring out the contrast in the beautiful Rosewood that has faded over the past 50 years.

Youll be surprised how nice you can get the wood grain to look without spending big bucks on refinishing it, also when refinishing it, it will devalue... so by doing this your keeping original finish but adding to the woods life.
