Connection to source affirmation.

I open myself to greater connection in my life.

I know that source surrounds me at all times.

I know that I am source energy in physical form.

I know that there is no real barrier between body and spirit.

As I breathe in I am filled with a sense of life and energy.

As I breathe out, I relax and delight in the vibrant energy that flows through my body.

As I continue to breathe fully and deeply, I am remembering that this Vibrance is within me at all times.

I know that the larger part of my being is made up of pure, positive energy.

When I focus my attention at the top of my head, I remember how close I am to a direct stream of unencumbered source energy.

As I breathe in the oxygen that nourishes my body, I also allow the source of who I am more and more freely into my experience.

I know that source energy naturally wants to flow through me.

I know that all I have to do is relax and allow source to follow it's natural path.

I realize as I begin to notice my experience of source, that it is possible for me to experience this feeling at any time.

I realize that my day to day physical experience is only a small piece of who I am.

I also realize that my physical life and my spiritual life can coexist perfectly together.

In fact the more time I spend in connection with source, the more I realize that my physical life is an integral part of my spiritual experience.

All that delights me in the physical world does so because I am experiencing through it, the joy of source connection.

Every time I experience connection with source, it reinforces my ability to come easily into alignment.

As I go about my day I now see reminders of the synchronistic nature of spirit.

I am filled with joy as I see the reminders and synchronicities that come into my experience.

The more I notice signs of spiritual connection in my life, the more I realize the ways that spirit has been with me from the beginning.

Source energy is abundant and patient by nature, simply waiting for me to allow it into my experience.

As I breathe deeply, I am thankful that I am now realizing the ease with which abundant source energy comes into my life.

The more I relax, the more I am filled with a sense of wellbeing.

My chest expands easily and naturally as I feel a sense of peace growing in my life.

I realize that the most important choice that I can make, is to return to an experience of alignment and connection.

As I align with source my mind feels clear and it is easy to make decisions that bring my desired experience into my life.

The more I connect with source, the easier it becomes, to connect with source.

There are many times throughout each day that I can remember to connect with source.

I can now choose to engage in my daily activities as if they were a meditation.

Each action I take throughout the day can be taken from a place of being in alignment with source.

As I breathe, I am connected with source energy.

Source energy surrounds me at all times.

I am source energy in physical form.

The physical world is composed entirely of source energy.

I have the choice in every moment to allow source to flow through my life.

When I want to meditate on allowing source into my life I use the mantra, I am, source energy.

On the in breath: "I am."

And on the out breathe, source energy.-

I am, source energy.

I am, source energy.
