I will just have to do that. But instead of salmon it will be mint brite winter steelhead. I spend too much time chasing and taping fish and other critters to film myself in the kitchen. It's a shame!!!!

I am from Baja, home of fish tacos, the taco your making is made with fish, but not a real fish taco. The batter is wrong, avocado in fish tacos? thats a no no. The real fish taco is a masterpiece of the culinary world, why do americans seem to think they can make everything better than the original beats me. 90% of all fish tacos that you can find in the US are but a shadow of the original, why ruin a good thing?

grill your fish, for a fish taco. its too much flour if you batter and fry your fish, and then wrap it in a tortilla, or taco shell. its the way a fish taco is really made.
