The lyrics are about having a revelation 1 on 1 with a lady massage therapist ...as a lady...

The lyrics: When she talks about the girl in question meeting a boy and falling in love but she "feels free to walk on his back"... you can put together what type of sexuality the song is about. Just read between the lines a bit to understand it's actual meaning. I'm a straight male and although this style is not my first pick, still the song is unforgettable.
