OMG girl get a big dog or a roomate somebody a friend of yours to stay with you I have been stalked also but it was by my psycho ex boyfriend I was always so scared to be home alone cause he would stand by my window and watch me sleep it freak me out I got a restraning order but he still followed me to work and home i know how you feel stay safe helen PS if you see him again call the police or run to to your neighbors house fast

I don't know how the laws are in London but here in American this would be BS because the cops would have been to the flat ASAP. Even if the guy had left. They would have drove around your flat most of the night checking on to make sure you're okay. I should know because I had the same thing happened. This is all too weird. Strange.
