Wendell Studios was in Wendell, MA, not Boston, MA. Wendell is in Franklin County of Western Massachusetts, the first out of VT market that Phish branched out into as they grew in popularity in the late 80s, due to their meeting John Paluska after he saw them at Nectar's in Burlington, VT one night during a ski trip. I live in WMass still, and first saw them here in 1989, and have been in Wendell Studios which has since closed. It was the premier WMass studio back in the day.

the tape speed is too fast....its not even in a real key its between E and F.....that's why the vices sound peculiar and high...they sang higher back then but not this high and i mean high as in pitch not Gaunched out of their Gordos.... Anyone else agree?
