i'd say it should to expanded to all incurable/infectious diseases. there is no reason to spread disease while having fun even if accidental

So why let people with a 100% lethal disease travel and spread it to others? What is THEIR guarantee they won't have sex with citizens in a new country? Is it the HONOUR SYSTEM?

As if they had a choice or knew they would get it ?! Anybody can if they are not careful so it makes ya wonder why people so freely have sex.
