UNAIDS Executive Director Michel Sidibe spoke out against travel restrictions for HIV-positive people, at an international conference of lawmakers in Bangkok. Sidibe also praised Francophone countries for holding their own conference on HIV-AIDS in Casablanca, saying that holding a sensitive meeting like this in Morocco would have an important impact on the region.   • i'd say it should to expanded to all incurable/infectious diseases. there is no reason to spread disease while having fun even if accidental

  • So why let people with a 100% lethal disease travel and spread it to others? What is THEIR guarantee they won't have sex with citizens in a new country? Is it the HONOUR SYSTEM?

  • they shouldnt ban people from travelling, just cut their dicks and fannies off.

  • As if they had a choice or knew they would get it ?! Anybody can if they are not careful so it makes ya wonder why people so freely have sex.
