Windows 7 Hong Kong (zh-HK) RTM boot screen problem

In all Hong Kong (zh-HK) versions of Windows 7 RTM (Starter, Home Basic, Home Premium, Business, Enterprise, Ultimate), the old Vista-style boot screen is shown even on computers deemed capable of displaying the new Windows 7 boot screen. Simply copying %windir%\zh-TW\bootres.dll.mui to %windir%\zh-HK\ fixed the problem.

@ayongbadboy do what he did but copy it to en-us instead of zh-hk

Fix problem bootres.dll.mui copy to %windir%\System32\zh-HK and restart Windows and get works.

haha.. that's sucks.. how come ur windows 7 can take an old style of boot screen.. i mean windows vista.. but i recommend u to download windows 7 ultimate from any site.. but better the full version.. then install a new clean windows... and the important... better if u install english language as ur default language.. then everything will going great.. gud luck!

OK.Nice.When the animation starts,you see4 small lights making the windows logo,right?

mines just loads one of them and the animation
