  • Man I wish that undercover boss would have came and worked with me then my real work & the dedication I had to it would have been seen but no such luck there would have been REAL problems shown & the real guys would have got some appreciation instead of used abused & toss out just like the stuff they pick up

  • Oh yeah I was the best driver they had at getting routs done helping everyone finish there's & learning new routes loved by helpers cuz not only was I a very good driver but I also LOVED getting on the back really more than driving & was safer faster better than ever shaker that worked there i started as a shaker for 5 years in the heaviest town In Massachusetts 4 loads a day

  • I was let go cuz I had a minor accident (bumped a stone pillar hidden under snow) no damage & with no real recycle training hit a branch with the buckets no damage not close together were the incidents & was found not at fault but when a down wire was on my route & I made the mistake of calling it in & was let go I didn't cause it cops neighbors all said it too the told me the feared a future bad accident

  • I loved working for waste except when the district manager hired his golf buddy x postman who screwed everything up & singled me out cuz I knew more about getting things done than him double routes, thrown into towns I've never been to before after doing two routes already never picking someone else always me who was raising a 1 & 2 year old by myself getting mad at me for wanting to punch out at 6:00 o'clock to pick up my kids getting mad for using my time off for court battles to keep custody

  • being able to monitor waste intake would be great to give some insight into how eco-friendly different communities are, so that eco-ads can be placed in the proper neighborhoods. You'll focus on the right audience, and you'll save money too!

  • Waste Management's IT team was just honored on the InformationWeek 250 as one of the Top 5 IT Innovators of 2011. Major advances in pricing technology, customer experience, and transformational development all exemplify Waste Management's huge growth and optimization initiatives for the future.
