I asked his wife where he's currently at and she said he's now in Fortaleza and will stay there for the remainder of this month (ie. september). Afterwards, he'll most likely be back in California!
I was fortunate enough to have him as my teacher (although briefly) when he was teaching in Holland. So if you can get a lesson from him, please do!

Thanks. I found out about him not too long after I posted the question. Do you know where he teaches. I have gotten some training from one of counter parts (CM Paulinha Fortaleza) and his mestre. I would not mind training with CM Papalegua too.

That's CM Papalegua, student of Mestre Espirro Mirim in Fortaleza. Don't confuse him with CM Papa-Leguas (Nottingham), lol. Papalegua now lives and teaches in the United States.
