Can green programs alone create a plethora of green jobs? The jury is out on this one but indications are that green programs are providing some measure of green job creation. However, if the green programs were offered as a part of an overall energy improvement plan that was covered through an energy mortgage then now we're talking! Our experience is that people are looking for ways to finance or obtain incentives/rebates for green projects and are finding that there are not many green incentives available at the present time. So, why not combine the energy improvements needed with green elements and create a winning package.
