Hey how do I do this if only I have is the adapter itself and the modem. I have a pc in one room of my house with a wireless modem with an ssid and I have another pc in another room. I'm trying to connect the other pc to the internet using the wireless modem through the d link. But the d link is from a friend and all he could give me is the adapter. well this product went STRAIGHT from being great to not preforming AT ALL. I hardly had a chance to write this message, as in the middle of it I got disconnected. I now have over 300 ping in TF2, Counter Strike and over 400 in Bad Company 2. Downloading even the SIMPLEST programs has become a frustrating trip to the back of the computer to unplug and re-plug this thing in. Not sure if this is just me...but by my recommendation - DON'T BUY IT.
