Dracula's land movie: Summer Training-Alaskan Malamute dogs from Bălan town-Transylvania/Romania

This short movie shows the training of the Malamute dogs; this training also goes on during summer. This is meant to keep them fit . One should also take into account the problems that the heat might create. The shots were taken at Bălan, a small town in Transylvania/Romania, the home of my good friends Rică and Mariana - the owners of Lonely Stone Kennel. I admire a lot their amazing and tireless dogs.The shots from the second part of movie, were taken during "Malamute Day 2009"- contest , held in Bălan town.

Malamutes Love the cold and snow the most, it's best to wak them in the early morning or late evening in the Summer.. Have Plenty of water to drink.. great video though and beautiful dogs and scenery..
