BEWARE of their JOKE! They are losers and liars. People at the "Christian Healing Forum" site will make you feel cheap inspite of their own sins that they're trying to hide. It's leaders are the opposite of being loving and believe they are better than the common people who seek their help. I don't know how they think they can help minister healing when they indeed hate so much. Stay away if you don't want to get REALLY hurt, and NEVER tell them anything personal about yourself!

The real link between many evangelicals and the cults is Premillennialism a futurist way to interpret Bible Prophecy that the Reformers and Puritans mostly rejected. Many of the prophecies in the BIble were fulfilled in AD70 John Owen saw this and knew this, but that viewpoint doesn't sell. The futurism of prophecies already fulfilled leads to cultic activities. This 1000 years they all look for, is what they hold in common with so many today.

False religions have always carried occultic practices. From the OT to mystery religions, to new religions, demons exist. The Antichrist will also perform false miracles (2 Thess 2:2-12). At the end of the day...what is the christian life? Why Paul did not heal more people?

Ok. I want to go off on so many levels I can't stand it. I believe the Bible, literally. I've never read a scripture that says "after the year 2000 you will no longer be able to heal the sick by the laying on of hands."  Do you realize the same faith it takes to get healed is the same faith it takes to obtain salvation? (Romans 10:9) Jesus himself couldn't heal a man that didn't believe. Hey... maybe if a tangible like healing is not for today then maybe an intangible like salvation isn't either

(cont) & a teenage boy planning to get jaw surgery, but after he was saved on the 1st day of the Faithhealer's conference, his jaw slowly moved into the position that was supposedly only to be achieved through surgery. (this just what I heard) I agree with the viewpoints expressed in this audio. I think that it is a subject worthy of debate. I don't, however, believe that these Faith Healer's name's aren't in the book of life. It isn't something that will make or break your "ticket to heaven."

The Lakeland Florida people were in Des Moines (more specifically Ankeny) Iowa over the summer (the church is a few blocks from my house). I worked at Starbucks in the drivethru and I had people coming through that whole week telling me they were there for Faithhealers and telling me the stories of people. None of the stories were anything extreme; I was told that someone's cancer went away (which we can't physically watch happen).

No problem. You have a right to post them as much as I do. :0) Freewillers...I used to go to a Freewill Baptist Church...NEVER ON YOUR LIFE EVER AGAIN! LOL!!! I'm Reformed Baptist now. Much better. I only went to the FB church because a lot of my husband's family went there. It was a mess, too much to go into but I will never set foot in a FB church again. I do believe believers are predestined.
