Sapp's punches are like tree logs in slow motion. He cannot kick too. With his mass and ground and pound approach he should instead fight in the UFC where he could destroy everybody just by size. Just grab them by head and choke them on the ground with his overweight. If he could do it quickly he would be even more effective than Leznar.
