Is there a difference between the EZ300 and EZ100? I keep seeing both model names... but no indication of how they might differ.

The Creative Zen Mozaic had a design flaw which creative would never admit to, the screen broke really easily when subjected to very little pressure. Two people I know had exactly the same problem and the number of people on message boards who suffered the same issue points to somewhat more than a coincidence.

I bought a sansa clip a week ago and it is suprisingly good .. if you just want audio, but there is one huge problem: battery life .. thats why I am thinking of buying this one on top

Good video, hey how do you adjust the volume ? I heard it has no seperate volume buttons and I couldn't see what you pressed when you did the volume, is it easy to handle the volume when its in your pocket for instance ? or do you have to look ath the screen to see what you are doing? i am thinking of buying one but this is a big deal for me.Can you recommend me this mp3 player?

before you plug it in i would suggest to turn it on first....

before that though press the reset button.... which is on the side of the player on the other side of the on/off switch try it again and if it doesn't work that time id suggest to return it

I have this model, and just recently when i unplug it from my computer it would stay on Rebuilding..., how can i fix this i have tried to reboot, recovery mode, firmware update. it only worked when i deleted everything off my Mozaic and put them back on. but im not going to do that every-time it does it

i had the same problem, or u usb cable is not good (if it is not from creative then it not works). if thats not helping then send it back for a new one
