so I had the hammer down at about 30 yards accurate consistent than all of a sudden i throw it and it just stays vertical to the ground the whole way and lands on the rim... what can cause this?

@lax8196 try throwing the disc with more a different angle to the ground. Like flatter would be best

so, I'm starting to get distance on my hammer but I'm having a little problem. as the frisbee is descending, sometimes it turns over the way and changes directions. what's the reason for this and how can I fix it?

@Andrewcunningmusic thats known as the double helix hammer...you have to angle the disc more vertically on release to make sure it doesn't do that...but for long hammers its sometimes ok for a double helix
