Using much less oil, but not substituting any flavor, you can make a delicious version of the famous Philly Cheesesteak sandwich at home. See how it's done.

  • looks okay at best. who puts a whole steak in the pan? you cut it into slabs and flip them like hamburger patties. then lay them on the role. just watch making a steak at genos.

  • haha ... awesome and you did it right! This is my method and it's MUCH better than Geno's OR Pat's :P I also through in some jalapenos for heat and sprinkle it with Garlic powder :)
