If you ever wondered what it took to prepare the installation of an exhibit piece in a museum, this is your chance to take a peek. Here is a time-lapsed video of Lino Tagliapietras Endeavor, which consists of 35 glass boats and is featured in the Chryslers exhibition, Lino Tagliapietra in Retrospect: A Modern Renaissance in Italian Glass (April 8-July 19, 2009). Made of blown glass, each boat ranges in size from 45 x 5 x 5 ¼ inches to 79 x 5¼ x 8½ inches. The exhibition is a part of The Art of Glass 2.

The video was shot with still-framed photography every 30 seconds at 15 frames per second over a two-day period.
