my name is Adam and I'm from Poland. My girlfriend is turning 18 this year and I would like to make her kind of a special gift - video with people from different countries from all over the world saying wishes for her in their mother tongues.

If You want to help me deal this, please record Yourself saying this phrase:

in Your mother tongue.
