This song appeared on Brownsville Station's 1977 self titled LP released on the "Private Stock" label of New York. The album was produced by Eddie Kramer.
Images used in this video are photos and scans (some cropped/zoomed) taken from my personal vinyl copy of this LP. I've also added a handful of pics I procured from the internet.
This song also appeared within my other Brownsville Station video, a compilation of three songs; "Sleazy Louise / Lady Put The Light On / My Friend Jack", which I uploaded sometime ago.

This video was created as a result of some prodding by my good friend 'Psychedlic Will'...
Thanks for the inspiration man!

  • Michigan? Maybe they're part Finnish then. Anyway, although I can't stand bourbon, I'll raise a happy new year glass of scotch to them.

  • @Joonavainio

Yes...they're an off-shoot of the band "Viitasaariville Station".

Happy New Year from Siglavik, Manitoba Canada!

You, Sir, must be shitting me with that Viitasaari.

Nevertheless, this was an important band to me and my brother when we "found" Yeah in the early eighties. Real boogie (Martian?) instead of that seventies-eighties glam rock and metal I also love. But everyone needs to have something of a variety at times to stay (in)sane.

  • I have been looking for this song for years but could'nt remember who did it-too much Jack I suppose-used to sit around the campfire and sing this one............

  • Had the vinyl. This was their best by far.

  • don't fergit yer Martian crayons boys!

  • Man these guys were fun to party with back in the day !!!!!!!

  • wow! been looking for this song for years, glad to hear it now. have to have a shot to salute it..... ahhhhh, smooth
