Harsha Bhogle ace TV commentator in a lecture, at IIM (A), very nicely points out that passion to perform, commitment and practice are far more important than talent alone.

  • True, using talent/ability as a stepping stone and hard work, ethics with passionate zeal to climb up the ladder can do wonders. However the examples have to be qouted rightly,

Since If Kambli can't bounce a ball he isn't a talented person. He then needs passion( !attitude) to survive. [Had he been able(ability) 2 do that naturally(Talent) or by nurture(passion) he wud've done it]

Sachin playing for 55 days in a row is majorly a hard work, passion, ethics but attitude.

  • Hats off Sir!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Impressive presentation, said a lot of right things in very fewer words.
