This is Thing a Day for May - Thing Two. Cecily on piano and Laura on vocals...please. We know this is silly. It's only meant for fun.

Music by Alexander Courage
Lyrics by Gene Roddenberry

Beyond the rim of the starlight,
My love is wand'ring in starflight.
I know he'll find, in star-clustered reaches,
love, strange love a starwoman teaches.

I know his journey ends never;
His star trek will go on forever,
But tell him while he wanders his starry sea,
Remember, remember me.

  • Most Excellent!!! I've been singing those lyrics since 76 and I dare say you sound STREAKS better than I do! Woohoo! Thank you SO MUCH for posting this, I linked to your video on my blog entry for the theme, on vrouk.blogspot.com I hope you don't mind. Yours is one of only perhaps three recordings I'm aware of of the lyrics being sung. The wiki entry about them is quite interesting. NEways... great going fellow Trekkers. Peace and Long Life, Infinite Diversity in Infinite Combinations

  • @MegaStarbucker Wow! Thanks so much for the link! We just did it for silly fun, but I'm glad someone got some enjoyment out of it. :)
