I don't know who that is parachuting in the water but it isn't Joe Kittinger. COL Kittinger landed in the New Mexico desert and was met by his flight crew.

2. Got caught in the drag chute's cords and was spun around at 120 revolutions per minute
3. Survived
4. Jumped without mishap from 74,700 feet a few weeks later
5. Ignored it when his glove sprung a leak and the pain before frostbite sets in
6. Didn't tell ground control about the leaking glove and rode the balloon to 103,000 feet
4. Jumped to the earth 20 miles below
