oh by the way asshole volunteers like me mystation marion and all other volunteer companies are hard workin, and awsome ppl who train there asses off to go out an help some one in need an not even ask 4 a thing in return so u should rele think b4 u post on here b4 some volunteer finds u and kicks ur ass

Life of a firemen: wake up, have sex with your bunk mate, eat breakfast in the truck, lay on the hoses and make out next, wash the truck while looking around to see if anybody is looking at you because you think your cool, put the truck away then have sex again, eat dinner, then retire to the bunk to cuddle with your coworker and talk about major fires while you touch each other. Yep, that pretty much sums up a fireman.

Ok...I'm a Volunteer. I don't hate paid Firefighters. That is needed in bigger places. The only difference between us? One gets paid more. Our gear goes on the same, and we all face the same risks. But, I will agree Volunteer Districts have a harder time. Station 3 in my area is a barn. Litteraly, a big, red barn. Regardless, we are all brothers and sisters. Any firefighter who says Volunteers are horrible, are to ignorant to see we are the same. Danger, death, equipment, we all have it.

@eandi0809 you should really look into firefighting. its the best job on earth. im a firefighter at Paducah, Tx and it is a blast. especially the wildland fires and commercial fires

@Spike579 Just go to a local department and fill out an application and find out what training you'll need to get. It's going to range from department to department.
