anything with a theorbo has got to be good! lead violinist playing (ostensibly) the virtuoso part of the Maestro Biber himself .. wow!

At last, some real culture on YouTube ;-) This video not only reflects the fantastic imagination of the composer, but also the peerless excellence of Musica Fiata in this repertoire. I'm not a singer, so can only admire the bass's performance, but I am a fiddler, and there's no way in a zillion years I could pull this piece off with such serene elegance!
