My Dust deputy attached to a ridgid 16 Gal Blower/Vac housing I picked up the vac at a jobsite the motor spun the impeller off the shaft. The conversion was FAST and is Very stable. I use it with my hilti DCG500 dustless cup grinder, my DW745 table saw and makita planer even had it hooked up to a clark floorsander worked VERY well
NOTE: use a Filter bag as the fine dust that gets by the DD will clog the attix even with the back pressure cleaning system (im talking about after grinding a day of concrete/mortar dust )
