I think I liked 1997-1999 Stefano more than 1993-1996. Because Reilly's early Stefano felt more like a cartoonish character while Reilly's late Stefano and Sally Sussman Morina's Stefano felt more like a villain with cartoonish plots.

This was back when Bart first started appearing I believe. Steve Blackwood hadnt put his comedic touch on the character yet.
