the colour mutation is Pied, which makes them impossible to determine the sex because of the such random markings, i have a pied which i first believed to be male because there were no barred markings under the tail or wings, but then i had it DNA tested and it turned out Female.. this bird is most likely a Male pied if it talks and whistles so much... unless you have a DNA cert to prove it's female.
